1. What Phoenix is

Phoenix is a personal AI assistant that helps you get financial clarity — understand where your money is going, set goals, and build a realistic plan to hit them. We provide software, conversations, and simulations.

2. Not financial advice

Phoenix gives you information, insights, and educational guidance. We are not a licensed financial advisor, tax advisor, accountant, or broker. Nothing Phoenix says constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Before making important money decisions, consult a licensed professional.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Don't share your password. If you think someone accessed your account without permission, contact us right away.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Phoenix.

4. Your data

Your financial information stays private. We describe exactly what we collect and how we use it in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Phoenix Pro is a paid subscription. Prices shown at checkout are what you'll be charged. Billing is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account — you'll keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. What you can and can't do

You agree not to:

• Use Phoenix for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Resell or redistribute Phoenix without our written permission.
• Impersonate someone else or create multiple accounts to abuse free usage.

7. No guarantees

We try hard to keep Phoenix accurate, available, and useful, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Financial simulations and projections are estimates — real outcomes depend on factors outside our control. You're responsible for your own financial decisions and their results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Phoenix and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. If we close your account, we'll refund any unused, pre-paid time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Phoenix after the changes means you accept the updated terms.
