If Phoenix isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

How it works

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and the email on your Phoenix account.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days to confirm.
  3. Stripe will return the full amount to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  4. Your Pro access ends when the refund is processed — you can keep using the free plan.

What's covered

Your first 30 days of any Phoenix Pro subscription. That's the full monthly payment, refunded.

What's not covered

  • After 30 days. Monthly renewals after the first month are non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime in your account, and you'll keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • Accounts closed for abuse. If we shut down your account for violating our Terms of Service, we may decline the refund.

How to cancel going forward

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Your Plan. Cancelling stops future renewals — no refund needed for the current period; you'll keep Pro until it ends.
